That says it all,I saw this film once on late night UK TV(probably Ch4),recorded it,watched it again and again.forgot the title and now I can't find it.Filmed in B and W,a lot of it with hand held cameras.and a great deal shot on the streets..Only about 15 or so minutes long..Please help..
