I did an online search for "speed hot pursuit III+cheats." I got almost a half million results in less than one second. You should learn how to do a web search.

How do you get those pictures? ~Elvis~

You can either select one which is available on site, or put up a picture of your own. If you use one of your own, it cannot exceed 90 by 90 pixels. Look at the top of the page, and find the word "profile." When you click on that, you will be taken to a page at which you can customize your appearance on a thread. At the bottom, you will find the section for "avatars," which is what "those pictures" are called.

I went to multiple sites, and these are the only two I found.
