Speakers Not Working On My Computer

My computer crashed a while back. Still haven't gotten everything running again. Got a new hard drive / motherboard. Reloaded Windows XP Pro. Automatically identified most devices, but I don't have my speakers.

I have them plugged in, correctly connected via usb and attached to power. I hear some crackling / popping, speaker type noises when I turn them on or move the subwoofer, but nothing else.

They are Cyber Acoustic speakers with sub. I don't have software for them and my PC won't pick them up as new hardware. My Computer says all devices are wotrking properly under Sound / Video. However, when I click on Audio Codec (?) to check the volume, it says no device is connected.

So, anyone know where I can download the driver for Cyber Acoustic speakers or something else I might need to do to make them work again?
