Hi all,
ive just got my wife a new phone a lg C3300 and im trying to download some mp3s i have on my pc via datacable to the phone.
So far im having no luck, its as if the phone isnt recognised or even connected to the pc.
I have run the supplied software disc with the cable but to no avail.
Everytime i try and synchronise the phone to the pc it comes up with a message "Synchronisation failed ,fail to connect to the mobile phone.Please check the COM port and connect in idle screen " i havent a clue what it means.
The data cable runs from the mobile phone to the usb in the front of the pc.
Any ideas would be appreciated

Dunno if this'll help or not, but you might visit the website of your phone's vendor, and/or your phone service provider, to see if there are updated drivers and/or software available for your phone. Those websites also oughtta have FAQs, configuration and troubleshooting tips, and assorted support avenues.
