Like the front page.

I am trying to startup a tech support forum in phpbb2. I stumbled onto your site for the SEO hack for phpbb2. Anyway I started looking around and really like how the index page of your site works. I like the main thing with all the categories and their sub-categories. then when you click on one you have the page where you can "ask a question". I really like this and was wondering how you did it on this site and if it is a addon hack or custom made or just static pages or what. Thanks, Tim
