I installed Age of the Empires 2 The Age of Kings and the expansion pack The Conquerors. When I play the game with the expansion pack installed it doesn't show the titles on the buttons on the main menu. When I play the game without the expasion pack it shows the titles, it is only on the expansion pack which I have a problem. I know its not the disc which has the problem because for some odd reason it worked one or two times with the titles
. Any help would be appreciated.

You may have better luck finding an answer here. I play AOE a lot but I can't answer your question. I've never had that problem.

There is a way to toggle the labels off and on, although, as i've not played AoE for about a year or more, i don't recall what it is. It is possible that your default with AoC has them toggled off for some reason. If you want to visit the official AoE site which Microsoft maintains, go online and then minimize your browser window. Put the AoE cd in the cd drive, and let it auto-run. When the window comes up on the screen which offers you options, select the one that takes you to the official web site. They have FAQs and a "contact us" option.
