I just saw this tidbit on NFL.com....
BREAKING NEWS
Texans announce signing of Mario Williams
The Houston Texans have announced they have reached an agreement with defensive end Mario Williams.
That sure will shake things up in tomorrow's draft.
I was stunned to read it. The Texans only won a couple of games last season. I hope this guy is good enough to take up some of the slack.
I think the Texans were sick of dealing with Reggie Bush and his greedy demands. I guess I don't blame them. I was, however, surprised they didn't try to move down and draft the same player and save some money in the process.
I don't understand the Texans thinking. I just hope their new people are smarter than the old ones.
I just saw on TV, Bush wanted $3o million. Six million more than the top draft last year, I think they said.
