Hi all,
i have a laptop, and it was working fine but couple days before i tried to go online via broadband connection and it showed me "network cable unplugged". I thought maybe it is my cable problem , and tried in different place, same problem again.Anyone has any ideas how to solve this problem.I am sure it is laptop problem, but how to fix it?
Please help
How does your laptop connect to the internet? That message generally indicates your machine's built-in ethernet card is unable to communicate with the network it expects to find itself connected to. If you do connect to an internet device - cable or DSL modem - with an ethernet cable, perhaps the cable connecting your machine to the internect access device actually is unplugged at one end or the other, or is faulty. Alternately, either the internet access device or your machine's network card could be faulty, though that would be far less likely than a problem with the ethernet cable.
