There has been plenty on TV over Easter about Jesus, The Last Supper adn its deterioration and the hooha about the Da Vinci Code.
Whilst I was watching J.C. Superstar over the weekend I noticed a split second of one scene.
While JC and his disciples are eating(ie the last supper) in Gethsemane there is a second where they strike the pose of characters in the Last Supper.
Ive seen that film goodness knows how many times and ive never noticed it before.
Maybe because Id seen so much on the painting recently.
Did anybody else notice it?
Also, what has happened t Ted Neely?
Just found out Carl Anderson that played Judas is in one of my all time favourite films, The Color Purple, as a Reverend!!
And another thing,I also realised that it implies that Jesus allowed himself to die as he thought it would be the only way he would be remembered, which Id never picked up on before.
Is that true in the Bible or just a dipiction of events in this film?
