It's got to be pressure.

Polar bears are white because the pressure at the poles is low, so they have to be able to absorb heat.

Pressure makes you cry if it's too much.

Pressure in your bladder makes you have to pee.

Peer pressure makes girls comb their hair...Otherwise we wouldn't bother!

Celebrities usually crack under pressure.

Many normal people will shine under pressure.

Pancakes turn brown thanks to pressure generated by the heat.

Champagne will bubble until the pressure of the carbonation has disappeared.

If you squeeze something under pressure, BAM, there it goes.

If you are "looking" at pressure, you're in it, like in an airplane, and your ears pop.
not sure it's 100% correct--Polar Bears may be be white due to evolutionary pressure-not my answer anyway--just cut and pasted the best answer I could find.

Ahm.. excuse me.. don't think that I'm crazy or some kind of fool ok.. But actually, the reason why kindergarten students have answered it and yet 97% of Harvard Students can't is because Harvard Students is taking it too seriously.. What is the real question anyway?? The real question is "Can you answer this riddle?" .So the real answer to this is either "No." .Kindergarten Students used their common sense to answer the riddle.. and they don't think about the riddle too much.. So the answer is "No." (or maybe "Yes" if you know the answer to the riddle itself.)
BTW. The answer to the riddle before the question is PRESSURE.

the answer is AIR...and here is y...The answer is air.. the air in a bears coat makes it appear white, wind in your face makes you cry.. if you blow (no pun) on a guy it makes them pee, and wind messes up hair making them need to be combed. Wind makes celebrities look stupid (if their hair is a mess) but gives normal people the wind-swept look. the air in pancakes makes them brown, and CO2 bubbles in champagne. squeeze a balloon with air it'll pop and if you can see air.. you'll pop
