Question about a settlement negotiation agreeement forms

Hey guys (and gals),

We're talking about settlement negotiation agreements (mainly relating to business, so it involves non compete clauses and things of that nature).

I was wondering if there is any website that provides examples of those types of negotiation agreements? The firm I'm interning at focuses on Civil Rights and Family Law stuff, so the negotiation agreements they use don't relate to my class at all.
