Please help-- I am trying to submit a ticket so I may PM but it's not letting me. Any suggestions?
it's based on number of posts, to discourage spamming
i believe you need 500 or so, send pm's

number of posts, seriousness of poster, but around 500 posts seems to do the trick
There's an algorithm of post numbers. This is all explained in another thread on the Help forum, or perhaps in FAQ - see top of the page.

Posting just to get post count up is, I believe, highly discouraged.
