The bird cam is already under viewer pressure.

I'll bet McTag had no trouble getting through.

No one is home right now. I hope Diane and Jack are out courting in the spring breezes.

They usually show up right around the 1st of April, sometimes earlier.

I'm going to be checking every chance I get which won't be very often. I leave the house before dawn and get back after dark.

I think there's something wrong with the camera. No picture, no traffic. I waited till dawn thinking it would be a good time to see something. Phooey.

Theres another falcon cam set up atop the Rachel Carson Headquarters building for the PA Dept of Envronmental Protection. The building is about 20 stories and the falcons have been returning for about 4 years. The bad news is that theyve fledged two chicks a year and of all 8 chicks , only 1 has survived to lasting adulthood. The others have (mostly) been electrocuted by high tension lines along the dams of the Susquehanna River (we have 4 big power dams) and so far the Power companies havent done anything due to the cost .

The Pa cam is "In yer face"PA's FALCON CAM
