What? Falcons have to breastfeed?
Well, I only got a glimpse of Momma last night just before it got too dark to see. She seems to be spread out over something, but I couldn't see any fluffy kiddos.

Everyone--except me--is watching the babies right now. Maddening.
AARGH (and I'm no pirate) I haven't been able to get the camera to work tonight and it's getting dark... So, two boids born and two to go.

Mama is trying to keep the chicks out of the wind--and the chicks are trying to see the world.
I know just how she feels.
We don't seem to have missed much. Much huddling against the wind as Noddy said.

Sun's up and you can see at least two chicks and one unhatched egg (

Mom is letting them get some air,

Hey, Joe, I haven't popped in to look at the eagles cam for a bit. I was in for a shock this morning when I saw mom and two chicks moving around the nest.
Have you seen?
eagles thread and webcam link
At tea time, two eggs, and two sleepy babies. Mama just gave her wings a mighty flex and stretch. Incubation is confining work.
I've been corrected on the other sighting. Apparently, the one nest didn't work out and the eggs were infertile, but there is now a new nest with the 2 chicks born.
ooooh, mama's feeding the two fluff balls. awwww.
