I talked to the folks at 55 Water Street yesterday. So far, no birds.

@Roberta,
still need at least one more.
@farmerman,
planning a family omelette?
@Joe Nation,
Guess what? After I talked to them on the 12th, they must have looked out the window.

Welcome back everyone! It is that time of year again for us to become fascinated with the 55 Water Street Peregrine Falcons. So far this year we have seen 3 eggs. The first egg was laid on March 15, the second on March 17th and the third this morning. We are expecting to have the webcam up and running next week. Stay tuned for future updates. Have a great weekend everyone!!

Hey Joe, I admire your determination. Glad you called dem bums. I'll bet a nickel that the camera remains unopenable.

Just saw a large, falconlike boid sitting on the eggs. I don't think it's the mother, who tends to get a zoned-out, what-I-do-for-these-kids look. Must be dad.
Water Street camera is UP!

Echoing Beth's hooray.
And following developments ...
@Joe Nation,
Nothing short of a miracle, Joe. I saw a boid in Noo Yawk.
Not abandoning the PA family. I've come to know them--kinda sorta.
Fantastic! Now it really feels like Spring!
Thanks for alerting them, Joe.
The lady looks good in New York. Let's see if the eggs were laid about St. Patrick's day .......they should get cracking (heh heh) about the 11th or 12th of April. Right?

@Joe Nation,
Waiting patiently along with you, Joe.
I just read some information in your link. Peregrine falcons mate for life. (I didn't know that!)

Mom just took a break...flew off for a few minutes, then returned.
There are FOUR eggs.
