Howdy, JIMMSBBDOLL, welcome to A2k.

Download Option^Explicit's Pocket KillBox. Save the .zip file to a folder on your desktop, then extract the application. When you've extracted it, close all browsers, email, chat, and/or messaging clients and other running applications, then double-click the killbox.exe file to run it. When Pocket KillBox opens, type or paste the full path to the file you would like to delete into the dialog field

(in this case, C:\PROGRAM FILES\ERRAOL\CACHE),

then click the Delete File button, which is a red circle with a white "X" in it. When you are prompted to reboot, do so. When your machine has fully rebooted, check to see that the file is gone; it should be.

That looks like a folder name, not a file. If you really want to delete it, you could open a command window and type

RD C:\PROGRAM FILES\ERRAOL\CACHE

That would delete it.

Or you could type the same thing in the RUN dialog in the Start Menu.

Not if its protected and/or in use, and it seems to be AOL related, so it could be both. Kill Box oughtta do it, and if not, there are other things to try.
