Fresh sage
The smells I catch when rollerblading through the fields in springtime
Fresh coffee
I used to love it when you arrived at an American airport - you stepped into the building and the first thing you smelled was popcorn - not anymore, though

Lorna === I love Italian food and wine. The spices, herbs that are used, along with the peppers and tomatos does add something rather special. My wife often makes Italian meals and cos she never uses a set recipe, they always smell and taste different and even if they are not 100% Italian they are good.
There are hundreds of Italian restaurants and delicatessans in London and very mouth watering places they are as well. I love em

There are too many to count. There are all sorts of scents that evoke powerful images and memories for me.

I've often wondered if I am a supertaster, though I have never been tested. How many of you have ever detected TCA in "baby" carrots? (TCA is the same contaminate that causes wine to taste "corked").

cjhsa ~ you're probably the only dad who serves baby food in a stemmed wine glass Smile

There are scents too many to count! Forgot mentioning garlic, probably because cooking with the herb a daily occurance. Today, pasta sauce with fresh herbs ~ and the house smells yummy.

Fresh Rosemary, Basil, Garlic, Sage, Parsley, Taragon
Pumpkin Cake
Freshly Steamed Veggies
Chocolate Pie
Garlic Bread

If the road kill is properly aged, it helps soften the impact of the garlic. Try it.

I love the smell of stale beer coming through the open door of a tavern.

I admit to having started this gross-out contest, and I concede defeat. You, OldandNew, are clearly my superior.
