@Lord Ellpus,
Lord Ellpus do you have any Servants to clean your Morning Room, I do.
@Asherman,
Nope but as it happens the Housekeeper's table in her parlor (more a Morning than a Drawing Room) has broke and we need a new one how much is it?
@lilcloud,
Yes, if you have any questions about relatively old-fashioned England just ask me at my disscussion on country Houses.
Yo, Bubba . . . this thread died of natural causes in the spring of 2006.
@Setanta,
WHAT! I don't understand MISS (please correct.)
When people meet me, they usually don't address me as Miss, because my gender is obvious (the beard is a dead give-away).
The last post in this thread before you began to reply is dated in April, 2006. If you look to the right, just above your post, you will see a date and time stamp. Before you responed, the last post was made more than four and half years ago.
No the last post was the one you made 5 minutes ago!

As i pointed out in the other thread, reading comprehension doesn't seem to be your strong suit.
Of the people who responded to this thread before you showed up, the author has not posted here since November, 2006--nearly four years ago. The member "Octane" has not posted here since April, 2006. Mac11 posts occasionally, but not that often. The same can be said about Little Kay. Asherman and Lord Ellpus have not posted for several years. Noddy is dead now.
All of which explains why you are not likely to get much of a response. I have some time to kill, though, so i'll be happy to continue to make unhelpful responses.
I have always thought that the drawing room was the place where the ladies would go to after dinner, in order to play pictionary.
The men would then make their way to the ballroom in order to compare the various merits of their wedding vegetables.
