You need to rank better. Of course how to do so is complex but the simple version is:

1) Use good on-page techniques. Use semantic markup (lookup the term) and relevant tags (title etc) for all content.

2) Links from relevant pages will help boost your ranking. This is the most important part of the algo for most sites.

3) Don't use dirty tricks (black-hat techniques like sneaky redirects hidden content and such). Do what's good for the user first and you will be in good standing insofar as search engines are concerned.
