Nothing malicious leaps out at first glance - it appears that system is clean. I"ll offer a few suggestions, though - nothing critical, and entirely up to you.

I'll assume you've intentionally configured your Startpage and set personal redirects as shown in the following:

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings,ProxyServer = 192.168.0.3
O1 - Hosts: 66.199.180.164 sepandsiassi.com
O1 - Hosts: 66.199.180.164 www.sepandsiassic.om
O1 - Hosts: 204.11.51.137 ibegin.com
O1 - Hosts: 204.11.51.137 toronto.ibegin.com
O1 - Hosts: 204.11.51.137 www.ibegin.com

If this is the case, and you know what its about and why you want it that way, then leave these as they are.

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [gcasServ] "C:\Program Files\Microsoft AntiSpyware\gcasServ.exe"
Microsoft Antispyware Beta has been replaced by Windows Defender (Beta2) - I recommend you uninstall Microsoft Antispyware, then search-for-and-delete its remaining associated files and folders, then download, install, update and configure Defender.

You have a few unnecessary startups:

04 - HKLM\..\Run: [SunJavaUpdateSched] C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0_06\bin\jusched.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TkBellExe] "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe" -osboot
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Adobe Photo Downloader] "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Album Starter Edition\3.0\Apps\apdproxy.exe"
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [iTunesHelper] "C:\Program Files\iTunes\iTunesHelper.exe"
O4 - Global Startup: Adobe Reader Speed Launch.lnk = C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 7.0\Reader\reader_sl.exe

Since you have Spybot S&D installed, the easiest way to deal with these would be to open Spybot S&D in its "Advanced" mode, select "Tools", then select "System Startup". There, locate the entries corresponding to those listed above, click on each entry to highlight it then click the "Toggle" icon at the top of the page to deactivate the Startup entry; this merely "switches off" the app's startup load without deleting or otherwise changing anything else. Any of these apps can be lanched from the Programs menu or from a Desktop or Quicklaunch icon when needed, none of them need to load with Windows on startup.

And finally, an unnecessary Service:
O23 - Service: CWShredder Service - Unknown owner - C:\Documents and Settings\Sepand Siassi\Desktop\New Folder (2)\cwshredder.exe (file missing)
I'd have HJT "Fix" this (it references a non-existant file), then I'd search for-and-delete all instances of CWShredder; it is frequently updated and should be downloaded fresh if and when its needed.

Again, nothing critical here; just suggestions. If you do take the suggested actions, run HJT one more time when you've finished, and have it "Fix" the related entries, if any remain.
