Finding The Best Film Ever Made

Hi People. I Have come up with a good idea to find out which is the best film ever made(You May Not Agree With Some of The Choices, Because we are choosing out of IMDB top 250, but please dont complain). What happens is i split them into Alphabetical Groups, and we will start with films from the top 250 starting with Films with Numbers First, and you either add a point on to the film you think is best, then take off a point to the one you think is worst, each film starts with 15 points e.g.

The Usual Suspects 21(+1)
Citizen kane 19(-1)

we will keep going till we have 2 winners from The first letter
(In The first case films beginning with a Number),and then we will go on to A, then B and so on, and then use the top 2 from each letter and do the same for them until we have 1 final winner:D. so ill start by doing all the films from imdb top 250 beginning with Numbers.(Ill add a point for one and take one off for one as well)
