Slobodan Milosevic - deceased.
Quote:AMSTERDAM, Netherlands - Slobodan Milosevic, the former Yugoslav leader who orchestrated the Balkan wars of the 1990s and was on trial for war crimes, was found dead in his prison cell near The Hague, the U.N. tribunal said Saturday.
Milosevic, 64, apparently died of natural causes, a tribunal press officer said. He was found dead in his bed at the U.N. detention center.

Can they make a post-humous ruling?
First of all, good riddance
Secondly the ruling has already been made, informally. By they evidence gathered by the court, his rants to the court , and a decade of personal testimonies, Melosivic is the latest and hopefully the last in a string of murderous political manipulators that mark a very sad century in European history.
Thanks, Walter. I was curious.
Acquiunk, no doubt there are many, many people who spit at the ground at the news.
Still, I can't help but wish the matter had finished in court.
He was a diabetic so it probably destroyed his body. His previous privileged position prolonged his life but a prison cell denies him those little extras that mitigated the effects of diabetes. The same situation faced by Yasser Arafat.
