Unbelievable, Peter Crouch came on with 21 on the front of his shirt, 21 on his shorts and 12 on the back of his shirt, and others had that same problem too. Apparently to the FIFA Rules shirts numbers and short numbers MUST be identicle for either starting XI or a sub to go onto the pitch, the 4th official is suppost to check these things and he didn't spot it, even the sub board person got confussed by that and put 12 up when on the front part of his kit was 21. Not good at all!
