After the Real V Arsenal match I read an article that Messi was the next Maradona, and the lej himslef even said so on his own talk show.
Will there EVER be anyone as good (taking for granted he was the best)?
Rooney is the only kid in the world at the mo who is qualifiedf to clean his boots. Any opinions?

When I read the title of your post, I thought: "Is he thinking on Messi?" Smile

He'll have to prove it on June.
I personally doubt it.

Watch out for Theo Walcott (Arsenal).

It may take another three or four years, but the kid is showing great promise.

Theo Walcott and Messi are wonder-kids for the future, Messi is easily as good as Rooney at this point but whether he'll be as good as Maradona well have to wait and see... i hope Messi will be, i didn't get to see Maradona's career really, old clips of him and most of them were the hand of god, lol
