Pop-under advertising - very persistent

I just recently formatted my drive and rebuilt my system. Everything was going fine until I started getting pop-under ads of various things. Tried to remove it with what I had on my system, first in normal mode, then in safe mode, but to no avail - the bugger is very persistent.

Also, the Task Manager is "disabled by the admin" (becomes enabled again after SpyBot removes the entry it finds, but only until reboot). The PowerToy TweakUI remains disabled, however (can't run it).

AdAware finds something it labels as "Windows" (which is made up of two registry keys).

SpyBot S&D finds an entry called "WindowsSecurityCenter.TaskManager", but also fails to remove it permanently.

ewido, AboutBuster, CWShredder, NAV and Stinger find nothing.

HijackThis:
My emphasis in bold is one file that I'm certain is the cause, since I started getting the ads after running it (keygen.exe), although it was in an entirely different location; I'd rather not remove it on my own, however, because I want to make sure it stays gone once it's gone - and you guys can do that I'm also pretty sure Creative Remote Centre wasn't there before, but I could be wrong - it certainly did not autostart before.
