microsoft internet explorer

Just want to know if anyone else who runs on Explorer has this problem. Doesn't matter what version. I have pop-ups now that won't stop and they are all from Explorer. They are from buying Antispyware to stopping viruses. How do I find it and stop it. Happens everytime I go to another website. Has soon as I change sites something from Explorer pops up and nothing stops it. I have ran Spybot and Adaware and all of it. Can't figure it out. Thanks for any help.
