have 2 different printers. when i go to print, pc sends to printer ok. problem is printer makes a loud sound, then goes offline. what's up? happens witth both printers.
What is the printer name?

Deskjet 610 cl. Also was given another used deskjet from a friend and it also makes the same loud noise before trying to print. the info is sent to printer fine and the printer starts to move but then makes loud noise and locks up.
