Yeah, tell me also of a time when the Earth was populated with as many human beings as there are now. 6 billion, people, Raul. There has never been so many people on the Earth before.

And, correct me if I am wrong, isn't it a sin for muslims to practice family planning?

Is it a sin to murder their daughters if they have sex outside of marriage?

Or walk through the street in a miniskirt?

The point is these past two years two of the biggest natural disasters of the past century took place.

But you also forget the thing that makes me unbelive this explanation beyond the religious reasons or books like Quran, Bible or Geeta for that matter.

Science!! That is what tells me there are plenty of reasons for the nature to stay live and NOT cause confrontation on Earth, At Leats NOT right now.

Its as good as it gets....

First of all, the plague is an epidemic, not a natural disaster. I mean for being such a scientific person you should be able to tell the difference.

Secondly, since you follow science (man-maid) religiously; here is an interesting article for you: http://www.harunyahya.com/articles/70scientific_world.php - you might find it interesting.

And for all of you who deny the Hour:

But instead, they deny the Hour; and We have prepared a searing blaze for those who deny the Hour. (Qur'an, 25:11)

We did not create the heavens and Earth and everything between them, except with truth. The Hour is certainly comingÂ… (Qur'an, 15:85)

Then why don't you comment on my second sign?

Not the "Hour", just your time frame.

What time frame? The Hour is coming and these are the signs that prove the inevitable is coming.

What are minutes on one plane of existence are years on another. Time frame.

echi,

I'm not so sure that what is going on has much to do with religion. I think what is going on has to do with pride and bruised egoes. Please do not misunderstand me. I am not even sure peple realize right now that is it not God they are defending but themselves. I have been in this position so I think I can speak a bit about it.

Yes, the Muslims were offended because they felt something so sacred to them was made a laughing stock. I can understand their anger. But, I have heard many Muslims say that Islam is not about hurting others. Yet, what we are seeing right now is in contradiction to that claim.

Reading all these different threads on this issue it is evident that tempers are flaring even more. Stronger and stronger stances are being made. What a sad thing this is. Have we all forgotten that we are all human beings and that we all inhabit this world together? Have we all forgotten that it is up to each of us individually to be responsible for our own behavior? I realize the constant bombardment of some Muslim posts are a bit hard to deal with. I had to just stay out of them because I was getting frustrated with the poster.

I just hope and pray that someone somewhere can step in and get everyone to understand that there are feelings on all sides in this. Everyone has their opinion and their right to it. I have really hated to see Lord Ellpus' posts become more and more filled with frustration. I have never seen this particular side of him and it does concern me. It concerns me because someone usually so jovial and lighthearted is now seemingly angry and frustrated.

And why? Because of CARTOONS! Just CARTOONS! I think this is fast becoming one of those arguments that people are going to forget what actually started it in the first place. So, Muslims, please, forgive those that offended you. If you believe that Allah is all loving and forgiving, then show that to the world. Do not disgrace your god further by commiting more acts of violence. Please stop this. And for any of us that have had feelings of anger toward this situation, let us forgive everyone else.

This will not stop until someone actually takes some kind of action to stop it. It is not religion perpetuating this situation, it is human beings.

Not me fresco.Minor incidents like that won't get me up in the hills.

The cleric is gone.

The rabbit might be a new food source for carnivores.

The "epidemic" sounded debateable from what I saw.American funds you know for a dubious ally.

Momma, what's your take on the signs of Judgement Day?

And the rest of you stop with your sarcasm; do I make jokes on threads regarding your beliefs? NO. Respect as I respect yours; and answer the question I proposed.

Just found another sign fresco. I created a strangelet in my lab about 2 nanoseconds ago and we all have about 36 minutes before the earth collapses into a gravity well.

Raul-7,

I am a Christian and I do believe we are in the last days. So yes, I do see the Judgment Day arriving soon. However, I am sure that I see things quite differently than you do.

Raul-7, from experience, I can tell you that asking for respect for what you believe in is fruitless. For those that do not believe in god, they see absolutely no reason to respect someone's beliefs. I have come to learn to accept this. The best thing for you to do IMO is to just ignore the remarks that offend you. It is important to remember Raul-7 that everyone has the exact same right to freedom of religion and freedom of speech. So, they have the legal right to speak as they do. Whether they have the moral right or not is left up to God and is not for us to judge.

Momma Angel, you're absolutely right.

But instead, they deny the Hour; and We have prepared a searing blaze for those who deny the Hour. (Qur'an, 25:11)
