Browser Cache code block

Reply Mon 30 Jan, 2006 09:50 am
Am using GoLive 6. Found this code to block browser caching of my site:

<META http-equiv="Pragma" content="no-cache=>

Am supposed to place it between the two <head>'s.

Is anyone familiar with this or does anyone have a better code I can use to prevent browser caching? Since I don't know what I am doing and can't afford a web developer, I am understandably hesitant about placing code in my site. Thank you
