Advanced Startup

I read through the order of startup thread and it reminded me of something I wanted to do quite a while ago:

I have a server program so I can access my PC from my Nintendo DS (yeah, kinda weird, actually), but anyway, the problem is that even though I can place the program in my Startup list, I need a program that can type IN specific fields in the program AND click the "Start Server" button, if you get what I mean.

It gets tedious having to do this after every reset.

Anyone know any workarounds?
