hi i am really overweight and i need to lose weight
Eat everything in moderation, get lots of fruit and veg into your diet and try walking.
Does wonders for the mind and body - I've been eating healthily (more so than I was), and walking as much as I can within reason, and I am beginning to feel the advantages...plus a weight loss of 20lbs in the last couple of months.

Im rying to be healthy.I bought one of those elastic portable rowing things the other day so i can tone up a bit.
Im trying to eat healthily, I made a mixed sald but went OTT with the onions which put me off the whole thing.
Im trying to eat more fish, tho Im still snacking on hot cross buns.
All I can say is eat plenty of fruit and veg, cut out process food and sweets/cakes and exercise.
As they have said, fruits and veggies can be eaten much more than carbs or sweets when on a diet. Instead of going for that candy bar or sweet, go for an apple or a banana.
Bananas are pretty fattening, and go down very easily. An apple is much better. You have to chew, and that is satisfying.
I just like bananas

But if you are truly on a diet, then no one bad thing should ruin it. Everything in moderation and just a little bit of the sweets.
