Im aware this puts a dampner on a couple of forum sections but havnt people realised that Gods existence will never be prooved or not prooved.

Its doing my nut in!Constant 'does he exist?doesnt he'

Whats the point?Its a never ending cirlce of nothingness.A pointless conversation.

Does anyone think anything will come of any of these threads? People are sparring over that age old issue for the same reason they are sparring over brand new ones, they enjoy it. When you grow tired of an issue, just skip the related threads.

I agree with you and the implication is that we all need to take a long hard look at the word "existence" itself. This is not an easy topic (ontology) and has implications many other concepts such "knowledge" and "self-identity".
