Walter gave me this idea. I've seen God Bless for the president and for the troops. Now how about our civil servants.
God bless the trash men.
God bless the social workers.
The teachers.
The policemen that don't suck (you know who you are).
The crime scene cleaner uppers.
The bridge painters.
The road pavers.
Who have we forgotten to tell God to bless?
The dead animal pickup people!
The extremely friendly and efficient cashier at the cafeteria at work!
Dog bless them all . . .
Even if they do haul away toothsome tidbits, the scent of which makes all little doggies yearn . . .
Dog bless thee, Miss Duck . . .
Ahem . . .
The highway entrance ramp attendants!
Believe me. He already Blessed them.
Thankee, Set.
God bless the traffic light engineers.

The mailmen?!?! Not my bloody mailpeople. They're forever screwing up our mail delivery.
There's a group that the dogs can bless!
God bless school janitors and animal shelter workers.
The folks who paint the highway lane lines.
God bless Bartenders... Um, they are public servants, right?
God bless the guy who delivers my chinese food.
God bless the cabbies because apparently, 24 in every 100,000 cabbies is killed while on the job.
Most Dangerous Jobs
God bless the snow clearing crew who make bicycle riding so much safer...
And the forest rangers...don't want to forget them.
God bless tax collectors, airport screeners, flight attendants, bus drivers, ferry boat pilots, chauffeurs, maids, and all those who make a living serving the filthy rich. God bless them, too (as if he hasn't already).
What if we forget someone? Will God withhold blessings from them? I don't know if I could live with myself if my oversight forced God to deny someone their Blessing.
God bless you, one and all <sniff>
God bless the forgotten people.
