I signed in today and changed my gmail password ,now I can't remember it ,I don't have a secondary email ,and don't remember my secret question ,is there a way to find saved passwords on the computer. my gmail password (email) ,i changed it today and now i can't sign in ,I heard that the password gets download to the computer ,I think i had a space between the letters or something .please help its very important

Do you remember the secondary eMail address that you used to register with.

Enter that here

and they should eMail the password to that address.

Your passwords don't always get saved to your browser unless you have your settings set for auto complete. That's why you have to remember your secret questions.

Don't forget that passwords are case sensitive. Could you have had your cap locks on when you changed your password?

You may have just learned a hard lesson. Sorry, no lectures...

no i didn't have secondary email,but i had wrote in a words document but didn't save it ,can i recover that at least Sad

Unfortunately no. If you didn't save it you can't retrieve it. Word docs don't save in any cache on your computer.

I think you are just going to have to create a new eMail address and then send your new address to all of your addressees.

I've lost passwords before too. I have a Geocites website out there that has consistently received a lot of visitors for several years, but I'll be dammed if I can remember my password to the site so that I can update it.

I write down all of my passwords now.
