2nd marriage-he has child support for 5 yr old

if I were to marry my boyfriend who has a child from his 1st marriage, will my income be included in determining his child support?

Without knowing what jurisdiction has control over the child support order it's impossible to say but in VERY general terms - no, the child support obligation is his - not your's. There could be some other effects though.
