Hey!

Is this a good choice?

Think i'm going to buy 2x 512 DDR - DIMM PC3200 400MHz 184pin.
I have 2x 128MB and 1x 256MB.
Is it better to use 2x 512MB and 2x 128MB or just 2x 512MB and 1x 256MB?

If you have the slots available, complimentarily paired configurations are to be preferred. It should be noted the overall performance of your RAM will be governed by the properties of the least capable RAM in the configuration.
