Tom, those personalized stamps are just a part of the P.O.'s attempt to keep people mailing letters--

Email, as you mentioned, which I left out, is of course a huge part of it.

Miller, Navaho jewelery, those sound like winners.

Last night on the news they said they started today 1/9 at .39. But, I do live in Louisiana Very Happy :wink: .

Congress apparently declared that the USPS must run a surplus, hence the rate increase. This time, it wasn't because of an expected shortfall.

One of Congress's less scrutable decisions, IMHO...
