I'm enjoying rereading this old thread and reading about the Rose Cafe. Yes, I still have the tee shirts (grey blue with big white and black dotted rose); white, with red and black dotted rose; black tee with red and black dots and gold rose stems). I've lost weight over time so they are now quite roomy tee shirts. My favorite clothes.

Alas, the Rose closed down, sometime since I was last back in the Venice area in late 2009... not sure when.
Now Snap Chat and Google are there and most of us from the earlier Venice, CA, days could not live there any more. I wouldn't have missed it, though.
