Hello everybody how are you doin here.
I have my own website and I want to add to it the best online chat. right now I have something called DidiChat but i need something better than this one:
1. Good quality.
2. Good performance.
3. Good features.

Chat is inherently problematic.
See, the web protocols tend to need pages to refresh for new content to be available. So unless you develop or use a custom server and client you are stuck with jerky refreshing unless....
you use an existing client-side architecture like java, flash or ajax.
Java clients for chat tend to use irc, so I'd suggest you search for flash chat implementations and ajax chat implementations.
