@NickFun,
I would like to say that idle chatter depends on whom my conversation companion is but to be fair, I'm not too particularly talented in the idle chatter arena. The big screen television would win out 4 out 5 times.

@spendius,
If I weren't so tremendously bad at flirting and romance and picking up gals, I would be inclined to choose pulling chicks, I'm more then competent enough at mindless manual labor... [sigh] ... pulling heavily laden carts up long inclines wins by default.

Double dating at a fun themed restaurant/pool bar/similar noisy sports bar/pub or an intimate dining experience with a loved one at a fancy smancy cafe?

@tsarstepan,
Assuming the fancy smancy cafe allowed intimate dining experiences with a loved one I would choose that but the other doesn't sound so bad either.

Rural for damn sure! It could take me an hour to go 5 miles on the 405 at rush -- if I'm lucky!

Probably the sphere. The Flintstones vehicle with its stone wheels would require amazingly strong legs and feet.
