@P E Dant,
If it's a close friend, visit them in the hospital. Unless it's out of state when my wallet and bank account will block me from taking such endeavor.

Which do you prefer for public art?
Officially sanctioned/commissioned statue or a tasteful (nonpornographic) work of graffiti or a pornographic work of graffiti (if that's your thing)?

@P E Dant,
I'm cheap. If I don't have it when I take it to the beach (food and drinks withstanding) then I won't rent anything. That said, if I come across a ton of money? I'd still likely won't rent anything for the beach. I'd prefer to buy and lug my own beach gear. I'm stubborn that way.

Ella Fitzgerald, Nina Simone, or Sarah Vaughn?

I know very little about either gentlemen and their respective music. I guess Les Paul because he's into jazz guitar? I guess it's a mere coin toss.

Always socks! Unless I'm on a sandy beach and I'm taking my shoes off.

You think microwaving water to make a cup of tea is a crime against humanity and the criminal should be shot on sight.

tsarstepan - You think microwaving water to make a cup of tea is a crime against humanity and the criminal should be shot on sight.

As against? 'This or That' Stepan Smile

But to keep us moving along I will say 'Should not be shot' - (I am a great admirer of my little microwave oven, which serves me well when I have forgotten to get more gas cannisters)

You are expecting a handsome sum from the Tax Office... go and have a little spend-it-up or wait until the moolah is in your hot little hands?

Probably throw it away. I don't have anything that valuable (sentimental or materialistic wise) that needs to be saved for the sake of saving - dishware wise.

I'm lazy and somewhat cheap. I'm fine with getting prepackaged cheese from the dairy case of the supermarket.

Ordinary mop is fine. But if one day, money isn't a problem, I might invest in a steam cleaner.

Local transport... buy a monthly ticket, or 'pay as you go'

@P E Dant,
I would rather have a monthly ticket like I did preCOVID but that doesn't exist in that form any more and since I take two train systems per commute, the monthly card wouldn't have worked on the second half of my trip. So, pay as you go is my technical default but not my preferred one.

It would have to be the Unicorn, and second choice Pegasus
