Not really. I go with what advertisements might have as far as the film grabbing my interest. That gets combined with subject matter and who is starring...or if I am a fan of the person, if they are in it.

Garden party..Apart from Rick Nelson's bad experience -at MSG - i find them enjoyable and friendlier than picnics with buzzing bees.

Intentionally drive over/through shallow potholes because you like the bumpy thrill or avoid them like a plague?

I remember the Boston Baked Beans candy...It even sold here in NYC...Never quite liked it (never refused it either)

Avoid them like a plague (unless I'm driving a rental ... than I don't intentionally drive over them but I'm not dangerously swerving them at all costs).
