Hi,

I have a HP Photosmart 2610 (all in one printer, fax, scanner, and copier).

Two days ago I put in a color ink cartridge. Now I can print in color, but the scans are black. Confused

Can someone help me Question Sad

Maybe you can download the software if that's what they recommend.

I will look for the website, I never had a problem before. I have a feeling it might be something simple.

Check the settings utility for your all-in-one printer - see to it that scan properties are set to "color", and that scanner output is set to print in color.
