Does anyone happen to know what was the first mainstream Hollywood movie that showed a scene with full frontal nudity?

Based on the URL provided, it appears that Heddy Lamar may have done the first movie nude scene. But this was a Czech film. The question was: which Hollywood movie, i.e., U.S. movie, had the 1st full-frontal nudity. So I'm still awaiting the correct answer.
