It is already possible via genetics to "specify" criteria for an unborn child....It may be banned in a large portion of the world but then again so is the cloning of humans and we've already seen claims by Severino Antinori that human cloning has been done.
There will always be somewhere to can go to get things done that are banned.....
I'd be interested to read the article on chlorophyll genes if you can find it, sound far fetched but then again my genetics knowledge is very limited
