im doing a debate and the resolution is: is judicial activism neccasary to protect our citizens rights. Have any info? please!!!! Laughing

You know, for what it is worth Big soft and furry just started a thread along the same lines...take a look at that... it may be what you are in search of.

the aff needs to define J.A. along the lines of any supreme court case, or a case that enchances the constitution. the neg needs to define it as "legislating from the bench". Go after the protecting rights idea...this is where your case will take shape. post your case if you want and i can help you. I just finished this resolve.
