Downloading AARP formulary

This doesn't seem to download. I get the Adobe main page with info that this is p1 of 57, etc, but at the bottom of the page it says "stopped" and nothing further happens.

Is this an AARP problem, An Adobe problem, A computer problem, or a Tom Kitten problem?

Help!

Well! I had succeeded in downloading this, without realizing it! I'm not used to the speed of Comcast, yet, so there it was, on my computer, all the time!
