IE just hung badly on my laptop, and when I tried to shutdown it said that program, cpclass13, was not responding (nor could I seem to find, or kill it).
Google doesn't have much to offer. Anybody have a clue what it might be?
Hijackthis doesn't mention it - output looks clean.
Can you find the relevant error report in Event Viewer (Start>Administrative Tools>Event Viewer)? That might help narrow things down a bit. Look for yellow or red flags under both "Applications" and "System".
I see some "hangs". What info do you need? Just says IEXPLORE.EXE hung.
Any codes or other description there?
Not much help there then. Shooting in the dark here - what other apps did you have open, or perhaps in the background - anything from MS Office?
Wonder too if it might be related to some sort of Java issue - but I'm really pretty much without real good ideas for you at the moment - sorry.
S'okay, thanks again for your help!
