Here's the exercise program I am using to stay in shape for the new
year. You might want to take it easy at first, then do it faster as you become
more proficient. It may be too strenuous for some..
ALWAYS CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE STARTING ANY EXERCISE PROGRAM.**
NOW SCROLL DOWN...
NOW SCROLL UP... Feel the burn?
I feel the milligrams just melting away!
Now, this is an exercise program I can endorse! :-D
Considering the shape I'm in, even this may be too strenuous.
Ha ha ha, I love it! I think I can deal with this one, or let's say, it's do-able:)
I hate exercise, it's so mundane! Whenever I feel the desire to exercise, I lay down until it passes:)

NO NO NO. When you feel the need for exercise, don't scroll down, lie down. The feeling will soon go away.
