I have a yearbook picture somewhere...

Digging through the albums. I'm a little older here than the last one.

Cute baby photos, Reyn. I thought of a place where I have my yearbook picture -- duh -- I don't have the yearbook anymore, but I think I still have the original picture in some box downstairs. If I can figure out how to scan it into a useable format... I'll post it, pearls and all. (Though maybe it would be more fun to post a "hippie photo" from those days.)

You know, those glasses were standard issue from the 50s, 60s, 70s. There wasn't a lot of choice back then. At least not that most folks could afford.

If you look at old photos, you'll see that style a lot. I really like my new frames. I've been wearing this style for a few years now.

The new avatar pic was taken about 2 to 3 years ago at my sister's wedding (afterwards). She had a beautiful outdoor one in August. Since my father died in 1991, she asked me to walk her to the "alter" where her new husband-to-be and the justice of the peace fellow was, in a gazebo.

If anybody's interested, perhaps I could post a pic or two of the day. Just ask.

Once I get a digital camera, I intend to post a current pic of me.

I've found one of my grad pics amongst my mother's albums. It was taken in June 1970 at our home at the time, just before going to the ceremony. That's my dad with me.

Unfortunately, the photo is a bit darkish.

Yeah, the other one was too serious for me, but it was all I had. Now that we've got a scanner, many of our old pics are being digitized.

I'm hoping by early next year to get an up-to-date pic on.

By the way, in case anybody's interested, I will be posting some pics on the "Chat With Reyn" thread from time to time. I don't want to muck up Region's thread here with photos that don't really belong.

A beautiful young lady ask me to do her a favour which I couldn't refuse :wink:
